BW CART

HIGH TEA & RADIO VM Art Events at the

Victorian Markets Inverness

BW Cart (BEARWOLFCOW) are an international team of artists Nicola Atkinson, Karen Vaughan & Hanna Tuulikki. Their artworks aim to be innovative, ambitious and meaningful for the participants and the public.
As a way of introducing themselves they are organising two events: High Tea & a live Radio broadcast for one day in the market. You are invited to participate and contribute to these events. HIGH TEA
Friday 21 November 3 - 5pm
VICTORIAN MARKET

At the High Tea BW Cart will be sharing their recipes with the market traders, putting on a welcoming spread to which family and friends of the Victorian Market are invited. Each of the market traders will be asked to share a special recipe. A hand drawn, limited edition recipe book with all the submitted recipes will be distributed in February 09.

RADIO VM
Friday 23 January 11am - 5pm
VICTORIAN MARKET

BW Cart will take over an empty shop unit and present a live radio broadcast within the Victorian Market and on the internet (see http://bearwolfcow.blogspot.com). The days programming is dependent on your contributions to the ten programmes. We look forward to hearing from you. John Cavanagh from the BBC will host the days exciting programme along with BW Cart.

BW Cart will be working with local children to produce short stories and tales of mystery surrounding the shops in the market.

by Dr Poet, Colin Begg.

The Victorian Market entrance commission is part of IOTA an artist led project to transform the old town area of Inverness.
