‘Swing’ is a disturbing reminder of how much information we really need in order to make a true judgement.
The close filming in ‘May’ precludes an informative context, so the effect is strangely unsettling, conversely the distant filming in ‘Maxwell’ also leaves questions unanswered. Are we watching playfulness or anarchy?.
